Friendly staff in a rough area

The staff were incredibly welcoming, always ready with a smile and kind words. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable!

However, the surrounding area felt unsafe at times, with homeless individuals nearby. The pool was uninviting, being green and unusable during my stay.

The room was super comfy with two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, coffee machine, and fridge. The indoor pool looked great, but we didn't use it. Nice to have free toiletries like Dove soap and shampoo. Lots of restaurants nearby and felt safe even off the interstate. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices.

Had a delightful two-night stay! The staff, especially Senea, provided wonderful hospitality, keeping us updated on a cable outage. Rooms were tidy and comfortable, and the fresh Cinnabons at breakfast were a tasty treat. Keep in mind, the pool closes earlier than most places.

I loved how close the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts and W. A. Gayle Planetarium were, making my weekend strolls an absolute delight as I enjoyed the beautiful park views and innovative exhibits, which truly added to my experience. while the hotel had its quirks, the comfortable beds and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable and convenient for exploring the city. The area around the hotel could be a bit challenging at times, but overall, it still allowed easy access to dining options and attractions.
